A Distinguished Scientific Achievement for the Biomedical Engineering Research Center at the University of Anbar

As part of the continuous scientific progress and notable research achievements of the Biomedical Engineering Research Center at the University of Anbar, Prof Yousif Al-Mashhadani has been awarded the Scientific Leadership Medal by the AREED Scientific Foundation for Arabic-Speaking Researchers. This honor was bestowed during the 17th International Scientific Forum, organized by the AREED Foundation in collaboration with several Turkish universities, including Ankara Hac? Bayram Veli University, Ankara University of Social Sciences, and the AREED International University for Graduate Studies, held from 20 to 25 November 2025. The Scientific Leadership Medal is one of the most prestigious distinctions granted by the AREED platform. It is awarded to exceptional academic leaders who have demonstrated outstanding capability in guiding scientific institutions and achieving influential contributions within the scientific and research community. The award aims to recognize and encourage exemplary leadership, promote academic excellence, and inspire greater innovation and productivity within research institutions. Professor Al-Mashhadani’s receipt of this medal reflects his sustained scholarly contributions and impactful role in advancing scientific research both in Iraq and internationally. It also highlights his significant involvement in supervising rigorous research projects and publishing high-quality studies indexed in Clarivate and Scopus. This recognition stands as a testament to his dedication, academic integrity, and influential presence across the scientific landscape.
