Director of the Biomedical Engineering Research Center Participates in a Training Course on Soft Leadership at the University of Anbar

Through the efforts and follow-up of the Presidency of the University of Anbar, and under the patronage and attendance of the University President, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Amer Al-Rawi, Director of the Medical Engineering Research Center, participated in the specialized training course entitled “Soft Leadership: Concepts and Mechanisms”, organized by the University of Anbar as part of its efforts to develop academic and administrative leadership and enhance institutional performance. The course aimed to promote modern leadership concepts and highlight the role of soft leadership in improving the work environment, supporting decision-making, and achieving institutional sustainability, in line with the University of Anbar’s vision and strategic objectives. This participation reflects the commitment of the Medical Engineering Research Center to supporting developmental programs and actively contributing to the enhancement of administrative and research performance within the university.
