Professor Dr. Yousif Ismail Al Mashhadany, Director of the Biomedical Engineering Research Center at the University of Anbar, participated with the Arid Scientific Foundation for Arabic Speakers in the Brain Race Program with a lecture titled "Illuminating Moments in Electrical Engineering." Professor Al Mashhadany reviewed the most important innovations of scientists who laid the foundation for electrical engineering sciences and then listed the most important books written in the field of electrical engineering.

Finally, during the second part of his lecture, in the libraries section, Professor Al-Mashhadani reviewed his library, which includes more than eight thousand books on electrical engineering and its applications and more than ten thousand programs for various applications in smart systems engineering and control engineering. Finally, Professor Al-Mashhadani donated his electronic engineering library, which he named the Comprehensive Electrical Library, to the Arid Scientific Foundation as a scientific endowment.
