The Biomedical Engineering Research Center at the University of Anbar Receives a Delegation from the College of Engineering at Al-Mustansiriyah University to Enhance Scientific and Research Cooperation

Based on the approval of the Assistant President of the University of Anbar for Scientific Affairs, a delegation from the College of Engineering – Department of Materials Engineering / Al-Mustansiriyah University visited the Center for Biomedical Engineering Research and the Central Laboratories Unit at the University of Anbar. The delegation was received by the Director of the Center for Biomedical Engineering Research along with a number of researchers and staff members. During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the research laboratories and the scientific capabilities available at the center, as well as the ongoing joint research projects conducted in cooperation with various scientific colleges inside and outside the university. The delegation also toured the Central Laboratories Unit, where they observed the advanced equipment and modern technologies available. The visitors expressed their admiration for the level of organization and the high-quality facilities that contribute to supporting the university’s research mission. At the end of the visit, both sides agreed to enhance scientific and research cooperation through: • Exchange of academic and research expertise. • Joint supervision of postgraduate students. • Organizing specialized workshops and training courses. • Preparing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to formalize future collaboration. This visit comes within the framework of promoting academic openness among Iraqi universities and strengthening research partnerships that contribute to the advance

ment of materials and biomedical engineering fields.
