International Scientific Achievement by a Researcher at the Biomedical Engineering Research Center

Assistant Lecturer Rami Adel Qassim from the Biomedical Engineering Research Center, University of Anbar, has successfully published a scientific research article in the prestigious journal Discover Materials, published by the global publishing house Springer Nature. This achievement represents a valuable addition to the University of Anbar’s scientific record, as the journal is ranked in Q2 according to Clarivate rankings and Q1 according to the SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) indicator, which is based on data from the Scopus database. The published research is entitled: Sustainable Materials Engineering of Plasmonic Al–ZnO Nanostructures for CMOS-Compatible and Reliable Deep-UV Photodetection The research was conducted by Assistant Lecturer Rami Adel Qassim and Professor Yousif Ismail Al-Mashhadany from the University of Anbar, in collaboration with Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). This publication reflects the strength of academic and research collaboration between the University of Anbar and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, while highlighting the growing scientific reputation of the University’s researchers and their ability to publish in internationally recognized high-impact journals.
