Prof. Dr. Yousif Ismail Al Mashhadany, Director of the Biomedical Engineering Research Center, participated in the defense of a master's thesis presented by Esraa Khalifa Mahan in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, College of Engineering, at Al-Nahrain University. The defense took place on Sunday, March 2, 2025, in the council hall of the Biomedical Engineering Department, with the presence of a panel of specialized professors. The thesis was titled: "Assessment of Spinal Alignment Based on a Modified Sagittal Spine Postural Classification." The topic of the thesis is one of the significant areas in biomedical engineering, as it focuses on evaluating medical conditions related to spinal alignment, a crucial field in improving diagnosis and treatment using advanced engineering technologies. Prof. Dr. Yousif Ismail Al Mashhadany contributed to the discussion by providing valuable scientific and practical insights aimed at enhancing the quality of the research and maximizing its impact in both medical and engineering fields.
