As part of a series of scientific activities, the Medical Engineering Research Center, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Center, held a training course entitled “Microcontroller Software for Engineering Applications,” delivered by Dr. Muhannad Abdulsalam Younis on Monday, March 3, 2025.
The course provided a detailed explanation of the fundamental concepts of microcontroller programming and how to employ these devices in designing advanced electronic systems. It also included practical applications using popular development boards such as Arduino and PIC microcontrollers, enabling participants to gain hands-on experience and integrate these systems into various engineering projects.
A number of researchers and academics interested in adopting the latest technologies in the field of automated control attended the course. The event witnessed positive interaction from the audience, offering them the opportunity to exchange expertise and pose in-depth questions related to software development and designing smart solutions based on microcontrollers.
