The Biomedical Engineering Research Center at the University of Anbar produces its first prosthetic limb using advanced technologies

The Biomedical Engineering Research Center at University of Anbar, headed by Prof. Dr. Yousif Ismail Al  Mashhadany, announced the production of the first prosthetic limb using advanced technologies. This achievement came as a result of intense scientific efforts carried out by the Biomedical Engineering Research Center’s staff of academics, researchers, and center engineers, which reflects the university’s commitment to developing scientific and practical solutions that contribute to serving the medical reality. This achievement is considered a major step towards achieving the center’s goals in providing integrated solutions for people with special needs, as the prosthetic limb contributes to enhancing the functional capabilities of individuals and enabling them to carry out their daily lives more easily.
